Teething/not sleeping Hell on earth

I'm writing this as my DP paces up and down the spare room with our crying 14 month old, every night for the last 3 weeks has been constant wake ups and hysterical crying. How long can this go on for? We're all exhausted, I've tried calpol /neurofen, bonjela teetha and calgel, nothing works. I've taken her to the doctors to get her ears checked twice as I wondered about an ear infection, still no joy. We already bedshare so there's no relief to be had by just putting her in with us. Does anyone have the magic solution? Losing my marbles 😭

Is her tummy hurting? My little ones would be hysterical when they had gas..

Teething granules also helped ours.

White noise?

Have you done anything different? Started cows milk? Any big change to her diet?

I did wonder if the change to cows milk was the issue, the timing would line up. Could that be causing it? Her nappies have been fine though.

Cows milk, could this be the culprit? What's the alternative?

You could incorporate it slowly. Do you bottle feed? We did half formula and half cows milk to gently ease our son in. Cows milk can be hard to digest.

Honestly does sound like tummy, I'd get her across your knees and rub her back to encourage gas to come out.
Gripe water is great if you have some! I totally feel your pain.
