<sob> My nappies are in a box to go in the loft

I am going to be selling a couple of bits (not many - old style fluffle, longies etc), I have kept out the pockets for the days when we're skint, and one night nappy (for same times), but other than that - they're gone until next time.

awwww chin up - at least there might be a next time.... mine wont even get loft space as there is no chance of reusing them on anything other than dolls . Oooo let me know when you have longy pictures though!!

Well, better start ttc, then!

I have carefully planned ttc out - it all relies on me falling pregnant easily (not been an issue before thankfully), but now we have months worked out, the whole year is the question Whatever happens, tis still far far enough in the future to put em in the loft

i would sell mine, but I know I need to be sensible. Although when I proudly announced that we would only need a few wraps for the next one, DH looked and said "Until you see a new one you have to get" He knows me too well... he also knows my love of newborn swaddlebees

I've got to sell all mine as babyboo gets a nasty reaction to the elastic in the wraps, and in the nappies to alesser extent

It's not as bad with despicables though, so........ I SO wanted to use cloth!

Nasty reaction is why mine are goin up I have absolutely no idea what broke DS - must be some change in him as he aged or summat.

Wool wraps and terry squares would fix your elastic issue

daisy considers buying a wool wrap to test the theory out (I already have some terry squares)

I would also consider buying a wool wrap from you flame as have avoided them until now but may be tempted ...

lardy - what size of person would you want to test a wool wrap on? i may have one you can borrow
(seperated out a big pile of nappies to sell today, but dont know if i can do it! not using most of em tho, so seems daft keeping them)

tho flames shorties/longies are the absolute bestest of wool wraps of course!!

i could be convinced to yank out the pair of shorts that I had shoved in my loft box - they are a medium. NZ is eyeing up the longies - will get photos of those up

Snappy does have more nappies than anyone could ever possibly need
