What to do after school with primary aged kids

My Year 1 son does swimming on the weekend but is not interested In doing any other class or activity. After school they DS 5 and DS 4 just watch tv, have dinner and do some homework if they have it.

We occasionally do play dates after school. What can we do? They will play independently for a bit but will then usually start fighting so feel that we need to do something structured. Thanks

When the better weather comes you could go to the park to burn off some energy? Or other clubs like football, trampolining etc although when mine were that age they just did swimming and the occasional trip to the park as they’d be so exhausted from school
