Mornings are hell

Losing the will to live with my ASD daughter in the mornings. She refuses to wake up, eat breakfast, get dressed etc. any tips ??

Apologies I'm not familiar with the additional issues re: ASD. If struggling to wake up though I would usually question bed time, and days activities.
