Help- suddenly toddler won't go to bed until 20:30

My DD has just turned 2. Until very recently she was an early riser (6am or earlier on average) and went to sleep between 7 and 730. She has one nap of approx 1 - 1.5hrs. All of a sudden her sleep has changed. She's up 7am or later. Bedtime has pushed right back- she has so much energy after dinner now. She still naps but even with a short 45min her bedtime is still late.

Loving the later mornings but not the loss of our evenings. Time to drop the nap? Wake her up earlier? When I've tried waking her in the morning or from her nap she is super grumpy. Also she easily falls asleep when we're in the car any time after 10am, so I'm not sure she could cope without a nap entirely.

It’s either the two year sleep regression or she’s one of the kids doesn’t need a nap after 2

Wake her 15 mins earlier (6.45am) and shift everything 15mins every day until you’re back to normal bedtime. You’ll want to try and do that before the clocks go forward in a month as otherwise you’ll have 9.30 bedtime and 8am awake!

@Peaplant20 oh god didn't think about the clocks! We'll never be getting out the door on nursery days at that rate.

@Sillyheadoooooo I'm pretty sure she'll keel over without a nap but we can give it a try.
