Not wanting to go out?

Does anyone else’s kids never want to go out? I know it’s normal as they get older but we’ve barely done anything this half term, I do make them come out but then it’s just moaning constantly to come home. I have a younger child and it’s not fair on them but the older ones aren’t old enough to be left home alone either. They never want to do anything or go anywhere, we went to the park yesterday and within about 10 minutes it was “can we go home now”

Same. It's DDs first year at school and these holidays are a real learning curve. Doesn't want to go out, bored when she's at home.

Im eating a lot of biscuits in the kitchen to deal with the whinging.

Thank you thought it was just me! He has refused to go out again today so now trapped in the house again on a nice sunny day 🙄

Same here autistic dd10 just wants to stay home and play. It's so sunny here and I want to get her outside, I managed to persuade her to have a gentle walk into town which she agreed to initially, now she has changed her mind 🙄
