DD4 has this rash all over her body, she's completely well and I only saw it when getting her changed for bed. It's not the most obvious rash, you have to get under bright light to see it properly. It's all over her front, back, bum, arms, legs and top of feet, but not her face. It's mostly flat with a few spots that seem a bit raised, and it disappears under a glass. She had a fever three days ago and was sick then, I assume it was a stomach bug and she's been well since. She also had messy play at her childminder today and I know she sat in a bath full of painty/red coloured water in just her knickers so I suppose it could be an allergic thing? She's never had a rash like that before though.
