Baby monitor which works in power cut and also WiFi

Apologies - I know there are lots of threads on baby monitors in the archives.
mumsnet has pulled together a list of recommendations- but the reviews for these are all AWFUL and don’t tick all the boxes….

1. Looking for a video unit which you can use with both and app via WiFi and physical parent unit which doesn’t rely of WiFi.
2. Also the camera but has a back up battery or is powered via a USB type charger (that I can plug into a power bank) - so that it will work in a power cut with the physical parent unit
3. isnt really sh!t

i don’t care about stupid lights, lullaby’s or fantastic picture quality. Just something I can see they are still where they are meant to be and I can hear if they start crying.

OP, all you need in something that will transmit sound from one room to another. Of course it’s nice to watch your baby sleeping, but isn’t necessary. The more bells and whistles a gadget has, the more it is likely to go wrong. I don’t have a monitor for the baby that lives next door, but I definitely know when it’s woke up!!!
