Hello,

My baby is 3 weeks old and in the last week has developed a red looking bottom which has become worse over the last few days.

I change her nappy approx 14 times a day, as soon as I notice it's got moisture and I have been using water and cotton wool. What am I doing wrong? What can I do to help it? I don't remember this with my first two! And it's starting to look really sore! Sad

My baby gets terrible nappy rash if we use anything other than Pampers. We didn’t realise until she started nursery as other times we had only used other brands in a pinch like during a hospital visit when we rushed out without the changing bag so we didn’t make the connection. Within a day of being at nursery and wearing their nappies (Fred&Flo) boom - sore red bum ☹️ it cleared up as soon as we started sending nappies in from home, so that confirmed it. Also Metanium is amazing!
