3yo anxiety

DD turned 3yo a few months ago. She's had a lot of changes this past year. We moved house just before her 2nd birthday, she has a 7mo brother, transitioned to a big bed from a cot bed and just started 3 afternoons at nursery a few weeks ago. She's been waking during the night for about a year and we've been doing our best to help her sleep but that's another story. She's started to get upset whenever anyone leaves the house. DH works one day a week in the office and then from home the rest of the time. She gets so upset when he goes even though on that day she spends the day with GP whom she loves. She gets upset if I leave to go to the gym for an hour. Her tantrums are off the chart. She just seems so anxious which is obviously because of the changes but I feel like im failing her and don't know how to help other than support her best I can. I feel very helpless, very exhausted and worried that its a phase that won't pass. Can anyone suggest anything? I'm slithering whether to even call my HV for advice....

As you have said she's had a lot of changes this year.
It's a lot for an adult to deal with if you think about it... new home... new baby in the family... then new job (aka starting nursery).
This would unsettle me as an adult. Just one of those is an adjustment.
Constant reassurance, lots of cuddles and try to keep a routine is all I can suggest. The tantrums and big emotions is because she's unsettled and doesn't know how to express her feelings.

Keep up the routine and lots of cuddles x
