nearly 4 year old. Every time she gets very upset she vomits. Today at the library she just lost her balance & fell off a chair. She was understandably cried followed by vomiting all over me & the table 😩
she then composed herself, ate her cookie & wanted to carry on playing 🤷♀️
please tell me I’m not alone
