He is nearly 11 months old and never happy doing anything. He hates the car, cries in the pram most of the time recently, not satisfied in his Walker or bouncer. Gets fed up with toys after 5 minutes. Most of the time he is whinging or screaming.

We have taken him to the doctors and they’ve said he’s fine. He’s still not crawling can only just about go backwards so I think a lot of it’s frustration. Also he’s only got one tooth through so I’m not sure if it’s to do with teething?

we go for plenty of walks etc but he is not very good around anyone’s house or if anyone visits us he’s normally crying.
He wakes around 7.30am naps for about an hour at 9.30 am and then again at about 1.30. Goes to bed about 7.30pm. He wakes constantly through the night.he eats very well so I don’t think that’s an issue. Me and my partner are knackered and he’s waking up my 6 year old a lot. My mental health is not good, I feel so overwhelmed and useless that I can’t help him. I find my self snapping, getting angry and crying most days.

Does anyone have any suggestions or is this something we’re just going to have to ride out?

Solidarity - my daughter was the same at that age. For us, the things that cheered her up was trying a couple of different walkers. She just got so angry not to be able to get around as she wanted!

I think a mix of teething, frustration and trying to master her new skills made her grumpy. We got her wheely Walker and it helped her as she tried to get around.

She was much sunnier afterwards!
