My SD has lived with me for the last 10 years since she was 5 & all of a sudden she’s packed her things & gone back to her Mum, no warning or explanation. I’m beside myself. I am not angry just very hurt but I don’t know how to handle me emotions

I'm so sorry op. No advice really just can empathise with how you're feeling at the moment. It's ok to be upset.

I’m not going to cause problems for her, I respect her decision but I’m heartbroken. I know there’s no advice as to what to do I just needed to know that I’m ok to feel this way
