I feel like I’m offering the same old meals, DS usually has the below

chicken curry
spag bowel
lentil dish of some sort
salmon dish with potatoes
shepherds pie
roast dinner

me and and DH do not eat the same meals as him (I’m vegetarian and DH is very fussy) so I can’t offer him what we are just having.

thanks so much

You can adapt some of the above, vegetable curry, lasagne etc.
other ideas: fish fingers, potato's and beans, sausage and mash, chilli con carne, tomato sauce pasta and garlic bread

Pesto pasts (with frozen veg and extra cheese). We do some different sausage casseroles, and a chicken and butternut squash stew. Little one loves it all (we're very lucky). Tagine?

I would definitely recommend trying to get them used to the idea of foods mixed up - pasta mixed with roasted veg; rice mixed with bits of chicken, some curry spices and peas; a traybake of roasted veg, sausages and potato, etc. Mine is just 3, and everything has to be very separate on the plate!

Rice and beans is a really easy dish - vegetarian but you can add any cooked meat to it as well for a bit more ooomph

honestly sometimes i just end up giving mine any cold meat from the fridge, some noodles or pasta, and a bit of veg. Tinned sardines are really handy for this
