AIBU TO TELL ADULT CHILD ABOUT ANXIETY

I’ve had anxiety for over 15 years now, I went to counselling early on found coping techniques and generally manage it well. Every couple of years it gets quite bad And lasts about a month and I struggle maybe it from the exhaustion of trying to keep in under control all the time.
my eldest son who lives away from home (he’s 19) because of work comes and visits every month or so but this weekend he wants to bring his gf with him. He quite often brings her and although it’s out my comfort zone I always let him when he asks if she can come ( they don’t live together) I have really bad anxiety about people in the house as it’s my safe place.
he wants to come this weekend with his gf but I just don’t think I can face having someone who is not family in the house at the moment.
like I said I work really hard to manage my anxiety so it doesn’t effect others but I think I will have to tell the truth this time does it make me a bad parent?
