3 month old DS - choking or what?

Hey guys. I bottle fed my 3 month old an hour and a half ago, he drank 4oz but he didn’t burp properly although I held him upright for about 15 mins. Around 45 mins after feeding, he was playing around as usual and laughing and smiling, when he started breathing a bit weirdly. I don’t even think he was choking tbh, but his breathing was like.. short breaths? I don’t know how to describe it. A bit like he was gasping for air. He was behaving normal though and it didn’t really sound like choking. Reflux? Gagging? What could this be? It was quite scary. The same thing happened when he was 7 weeks old, although it was a bit worse that time and I took him to A&E that time even though he was completely fine after 2-3 mins of it. The wait at the hospital was 9 hours that time though so the nurse only checked his oxygen, blood pressure etc and that was all fine and so was his breathing. What could this be? Should I contact my doctor about it tomorrow or is this normal in such small babies? He’s completely fine now, and he’s sleeping peacefully. FTM as you all can probably tell.

It sounds like he had some reflux.

It sounds like he had some reflux.

That was what I thought at first too. What should I do about this, is it normal in babies? Do I need to take him to the doctor?

Sounds like silent reflux to me where they don't vomit but the acid comes back up

Keep your baby upright for about half an hour after every feed.
