Court order

Hi, this might sound like a silly question but my ex has me questioning myself all the time. We have a court order that’s for 50/50 parenting and includes a few other things, one of these is that she needs to attend gymnastics every week. Last week she came back from her weekend at his house with spots on her hands, feet and legs. I contacted the doctor and he told me to keep her off school and inside for the rest of the week, telling me it was either chickenpox or hand foot and mouth. I passed the information on to her dad. Wednesday/Thursday she went to his (in the order) and Thursday he sent her to school telling me ‘he has made the decision to send her to school as she only has one spot in each foot’. When she came home on Friday after school she was still covered in spots, more than she originally had. I chose to not send her to gymnastics, thinking about the other children she could possibly spread this to. He has been non stop messaging me over the weekend asking me to explain why she wasn’t at gymnastics, which I did, with pictures for evidence but his messages are constant and abusive. He decided she was okay so thinks she should have gone and is now saying I’ve gone against the court order. Do you think he has anything to go by here as he is clearly wording his messages as if he is going to use them against me?

You're both her parents, you both get to make decisions about her when she's with you. You chose to follow the doctor's advice, he chose to send her to school. He can't force you to take her to an activity when she might be contagious just like you can't stop him from sending her to school if I'm he feels she's well enough. He's not got a leg to stand on really
