I have come into a bit of money, around £300, I'm considering spending it on a sleep consultant to help try work out if there is anything I can do about my sons (2.5 yr old) sleeping. He has always been wakeful and I've tried various things (earlier night, later night, shorter nap, longer nap, white noise, night light) and they may make a difference for a couple of weeks but nothing sticks. Has anyone used a sleep consultant and its worked/not worked? Worth the money? There are many things I could spend this money on so want to make sure its what I want to do first! Thanks
