Does anybody know how much CM take from the other parent and from me if you go through them rather than direct pay if you don't want any contact with baby dad?

20% added for paying parent
4% I think for the receiving parent

You can use direct pay and not have any contact. They usually ask you to do that first then move on to collection if nrp doesn't stick to the schedule they set out.
