Is it only on the back of their neck OP?

My DS had a similar looking rash when he was younger and it was very bad in the summer months as it was heat / sweat rash, always at the back of his neck. It got better with sudocrem twice a day (morning and evening), a quick wash with no perfumed soap each evening before bed and making sure he wore looser fitting cotton only clothes around his neckline.

I'd perhaps see your GP just for confirmation that it's not something that needs prescription treatment though. Hope you get it sorted soon x

Yes mainly just back of neck, started round sides of neck which seems to be clearing but now back of neck, I was thinking maybe heat rash as her room sometimes gets a bit warm, thank u for your reply

Kids do get very warm and sometimes sweaty, especially when they sleep. DS still gets a little sweaty at the back of his neck after a nap or at nighttime if he's in a warmer sleep bag but the the temp has dropped off yet. So hard to get it right sometimes isn't it 🤦🏼‍♀️ perhaps try sudocrem tonight if you have any and see how it is in the morning. X
