4 month old squirming throughout the night. No sleep

4 month old DS is breastfed. He slept fairly well at night. About 8:30pm-7:00am with a dreamfeed at 10:30pm then about two quick feeds overnight. For the last week though he’s been squirming throughout the night and kicking about, literally every few minutes. Stroking him or putting his dummy back in settles him back down but then he starts again a few minutes later. He has always struggled with wind and reflux despite having tongue tie cut at 7 weeks but he seems fine during the day. I’ve reverted back to good old gripe water in an evening but this hasn’t made any difference nor has offering him an extra feed in the night in case he’s hungry. Also tried co sleeping in case he wants comfort but he still kicks and squirms. Does this sound like the 4 month regression or something else?! I’m literally sleeping for a few minutes at a time before being woken :(

Meant to add, I have simply tried ignoring the squirming and kicking but if I do that he fully wakes up crying.
