Blood in 3 month old poo

Hi, I have been dairy free for nearly 3 weeks now and my baby’s symptoms have improved slightly, she’s 3 months old.

She did have mucousy green poos, lots of tummy pain and crying, lots of sick and reflux symptoms.

Her poos have been back to normal (yellow) but I’ve just noticed a little bit of blood (pic in comments)

Do you think it’s time to cut soya out too? what else could cause the blood? Should I see GP?

do you have pain when you’re feeding? May well be that your nipples are bleeding. They don’t digest the blood.

I have a little bit of pain today as she’s started pulling off a lot whilst feeding but can’t see anywhere where they may be bleeding. I’ll keep an eye on it. Thank you
