I'm being horrible to ds

My ds is lovely but I seem to be really horrible to hime right now and I hate it. He's not as quick as dds 1 and 2 and I find it hard to adjust. He's dyslexic which affects short term memory and I'm getting really grumpy telling him what to do. I feel dreadful for geting short tempered with him. Please say something encouraging! He's 11 btw.

My dad had a stroke and a heart attack last year and although recovering well he is slow and irriatingly irritating and although he can't help it i find I get easily cross with him as I am not as patient withhim as i should be. i find it hard because he used to be switched on and i expect more of him than I should. i expect you feel frustrated for your DS so it must be difficult for you and him. I know i'mn ever as patient with my DCs as i should be, i sometimes wish i could be towards them as i am to other pepole's children, but its because we love our families that we are less patient....ironic i know but it's life. I'm sure your DS knows you love him and we're all allowed to be snippy sometimes, we're human.
