My daughter has very thin hair

I have very thick hair, but unfortunately my daughter (3 years old) has inherited very thin hair from somewhere in the family! It's so thin that it looks silly for her to have it down - It's so whispy it doesn't even hang down to her shoulders properly. Does anyone have any experience of thin hair and/or advice for how to possibly get it any thicker? We have to put it up most days to make it look presentable. Thank you

You may find it’s just taking a long time to grow in. My daughters hair is still growing in & getting thicker at 6. At three it was still quite thin.

My daughters hair didn't come in proudly until she was 5 or 6. She looked adorable with her little wispy curls. Get her a good trim and some cute hair clips and embrace how she looks

I think quite a few young children have whispy baby hair, I noticed several did in dcs class when she started school but now they are all nearer six their hair has filled out.

does anyone worry about if a 3 year old is presentable ? If I see one out and see one a little disheveled I tho I to myself ‘they’ve had a great day’

She is three, it really doesn't matter. Her hair will change as she gets older. IHow about a really cute shorter cut like a bob or a pixie cut if it's too wispy too be long.

My friend's kid looked practically bald until she was about 5 or 6, it will grow eventually.

Have it trimmed regularly and look after it, it will thicken up
