Bath / Shower

Hello everyone. How often do your 8/9 year olds have a bath or shower? My son used to have a bath every night but no longer wants to. I've not considered anything other than daily bath or shower but if it's going to be a battle I'm not up for that. Just wondering what's the norm for that age group?

But I'm really anal and strict on daily baths and showers. Lol. All my three have one every day xx

push them now and soon they will automatically want to bath/shower at least once a dau. Help me to help others avoid smelly people by getting a daily bath, changing your clothing and as you get older wearing deodarant

Every other day as a general rule but flexible

Mine are much younger but every other day for us, unless they’ve had sun cream on or got especially mucky. Both mine have eczema though so bathing more regularly is bad for their skin. At 9 I’d imagine I’d insist on every other day just to get them into the habit for puberty.

Mine are 4 and 6 and every 3/4 days! Although they wash hands faces and the bums still get a baby wipe every day!

Every other day for my 9 year old normally. Sometimes a little longer, sometimes everyday depending on circumstances but if I notice she hasn’t been in for a couple of days I’ll tell her to go and shower.
