Raised rash on leg of my 5 year old

First time poster & I'm hoping somebody can shed some light on a seemingly random rash on my daughter's leg. She's had it for a couple of weeks now, it has gotten no bigger or smaller, she says it can be itchy though. I've tried Aloe Vera gel, baby Weleda dry skin, and have tried an anti-fungal cream following advice from a pharmacist (after he looked at it 5 days ago) but it hasn't improved.

Got a GP appointment in 10 days (earliest they have) and she is otherwise perfectly well. Never suffered from eczema, and nothing else on her body.

I'm a bit stuck now - anyone had anything similar? I'm not sure what else to try. Thank you for reading.

It looks like herpes or shingles

Many thanks for replying. They are not/have not been blisters. Just what looks like raised, dry skin? Would it be spreading if shingles?

Anyone else have any ideas?
