I've got 2yo twins and an older DD (6). When DD was little we didn't have many time constraints and had plenty of outdoor time. But i can't for the life of me remember what we did at this time of year! Everything I remember is warm weather - messy play tray with ice cubes, sand play, painting etc.
My twins like to jump in puddles when we are out for a walk, but one is recovering from illness and is not up to long walks so I'd like to spend time in the garden but they just want to come straight back in.... any ideas for what to do to help them enjoy the garden in winter? It's not massive, but we have enough space to kick a ball about etc.
