Help!!
I'm seeing every hour of the night 😴
My little one is 5 months and for the past month she's been up every hour and the only thing that settles her is to be fed to sleep.
She breastfed and sadly won't take a bottle.
I know the issue is that she's used to being fed to sleep and doesn't know how to get to sleep on her own.

Anyone had this and it somehow resolved on its own or am I going to have to try get her to sleep on her own, I find the put them down drowsy never works for us!

Any tips!?! Xx

Is she waking from genuine hunger? Does she feed for long enough to fall asleep, or is it a long, good feed?

If you're confident that she's not hungry, cold, or uncomfortable from wind, what happens if you let her lie with a hand on her tummy?

I had this from 6-8 months. I night weaned which helped dramatically, and resettled with white noise and slow patting (and time - i had to give it at least 5 min before trying to rock him to sleep). A 5 mo may not be ready for night weaning yet however

I'm honestly not sure, I feel like she's feeding them it just becomes comfort. I usually take her off because she's asleep and if not would suck all night!
