Are these top teeth on their way in?

I’m a first time mum and completely clueless - are these top teeth going to be popping through soon? They look very close to me. LO has been so cranky today, though his bottom teeth only came in a week ago…

Looks like they could be a while yet 🤷‍♀️

It's very difficult to tell by looking. If the gum feels hard and/or bumpy they may be en route, but honestly 95% of the time you can only tell AFTER it pierces the gum.
