Reflux

Hi,

I'm just looking for some advice. My LO is nearly 4 months old, very big baby and she's always ate a lot. She was initially breastfed for 1.5 months now she is on Kendamil formula. Drinks 7oz every 3 hours and weights around 17lbs and we have never had an issue. Only recently she has started having really bad reflux, spitting up atleast once after every bottle. Some people have said to try rice porridge to thicken up her milk but I really don't want to introduce food until she is 100% ready. She does have great head control but I just don't want to rush introducing solids when I don't need to.

Has anyone tried a thickener for baby formula? And has anyone had an experience of their LO developing reflux at an older age?

Replies would be greatly appreciated!
