Little girl has woken up with rash on face? Pictures

My little girl woke up this morning and I noticed a red mark on her face. She usually lays on her dummy so I thought dummy mark, but it's been an hour now and it's not gone. I've pressed on it and it disappears. Just put some E45 on it. But just a bit concerned. She's always had a cough that strikes at night since Thursday, but in herself she's fine and eating and drinking

Not a doctor or medical professional but that does look like a mark from something she’s slept on rather than a rash. I’d just keep an eye on it. Hopefully it’ll fade through the day.

Flushed cheeks and a sandpapery rash can be symptoms of scarlet fever, which has been going round recently. Hopefully this isn't it, but if your little girl develops other symptoms like a fever, sore throat, rash on the chest or a bright red tongue, seek advice.
