Positive parenting solutions yes or no?

I stumbled across positive parenting solutions tonight, after having a very difficult evening with my daughter. I realised something had to give and this free webinar seemed to have the answer to all my questions. It looks as though it comes in at around £170 for the whole thing and looks amazing, but I wondered if anyone had tried it? There is a post on here from sometime ago, which no one has answered so I’m hoping maybe somebody will notice this one and have some feedback. Thanks so much

Absolutely! But I certainly wouldn’t pay for it

all the info is out there for free

join fb groups and Instagram pages as they are SO helpful and informative

Agree, you don’t need to pay - just read!

Don't pay just by her book!
Try Janet Lansbury too - lots of free podcasts. She changed my parenting for life. Amazing

Thank you so much. I’ll look for books and Facebook groups although my husband won’t read those and I reckon he’s more likely to engage in her 15 minute videos 🤔

There should be similar but free, provided by local councils, childrens’ centres etc. How old is your daughter?

Samjp76 · 13/01/2023 14:54

That’s interesting. She’s 5, nearly 6. Very confident, sociable child who attends school, clubs etc and I work mainly school hours so she has lots of my time. But very argumentative, wants her own way, bedtimes v challenging with me (not dad), she talks like she’s the boss! I’ll do some more research before paying. I thought about getting a book but my husband won’t read a book which is why her “package” with all the videos appealed.

I bought this. Highly recommend.

Samjp76 · 13/01/2023 18:27

Thanks passpass, do you still use it?

I bought it too. We follow it and its changed a lot for us. It was especially helpful for DH, because he would never read a book 🙄 He listened to the videos in the car.
We sometimes slip, but its easy to get back to it.

Sometimes I go on the facebook group for advice. But I’ve embodied the lessons in my parenting now. We still follow loads of the tactics including family meetings which we had today funnily enough!

Samjp76 · 16/01/2023 06:49

Thank you all very much. We bought the course and have watched the first 5 videos which are interesting and we can feel they’ll make a difference. I’m excited for the future of my parenting!
