How soon did your DCs personality start to show?

Obviously I know their interests and things will develop over time, but my Dc is nearly 18 months and I'm sure already that she's going to be mechanically minded! She's always examining the wheels and inside of how toys work, just like her dad who loves tinkering!!

I don't know if it's too soon to tell so wondered when other people had spotted personality traits with their Dc!

Not sure nothing my child did at that age I don’t remember showing any signs of how they are now

One of my children is a natural mathematician, another a natural artist and another a natural scientist. I could tell by the time they were about 2 years old, and they have continued to flourish in those areas as they've got older. They aren't at the teenage years or adulthood yet, so hard to tell if it will follow into adulthood.

I remember my 2 year old son helping me put together an ikea bed and having a far more natural understanding of where parts fitted together than me! He has gone onto being very into trains, cars, how things work and is now excelling at maths and science. On the other hand he has always struggled with reading. My 4 year old dd draws pictures which to me seem amazing because ds never had any interest.

My Ds so far from day 1.
He’s always been very active and mobile. At his newborn checks at a few hours old he was holding his head up and lounging on his side elbow like some kind of Roman god. He was rolling, sitting, crawling, walking all way before normal. He never really acted like a newborn, more like a 4 months old on day 1.

Hes now a toddler. Climbs anything, rides regular bike, can hike miles, gives nursery a heart attack with his daredevil climbing, very dexterous as well, non stop 24/7. He’s never needed sleep.

I can’t imagine him growing up doing something involving sitting calm and quiet
