Hi does anyone recognise what this rash could be? My 5 years old has been complaining of a sore head since Monday and today he has came out in a rash on his neck/ collarbone at the minute but it feels rough to touch. He's got no temp and generally seems fine but his headaches have been making him tired and sleep in the day which is very unlike him. He has a doctors appointment for Monday but that feels ages away and I'm stressing. Thanks
