My nearly 1 year old daughter is such active sleeper. She has no issue being in her cot and loves her sleep but she will randomly wake up few times in the night from being sound alseep to sanding up instantly on her cot side crying. Then i lay her back down and she will go straight to sleep (sometimes may i add not all the time it takes longer) or she will go back to sleep and do the same thing 5 minutes later.
Any ideas on why she does this or anything to help reduce her do it?
She is still in our bedroom but in her own cot as her room is being re decorated at the moment but she been in with us since birth and due to go into her own room next month so i hoping it will get better but same time i am thinking if she keeps doing this to leave her in with us as i can be up 3-5 times in the night.
