So I took this picture of my 9 month old this morning and noticed bags under her eyes. I don't know if it's me being a first time mum and just worrying (like always) but what does it mean? I have bags under my eyes in general, so could it be genetic?

We've just moved also and haven't had a health visitor set up, text my one from back home just for advise and she's not replied. Also, my little girl has totally gone off her milk, has had 12oz all day along with breakfast and lunch time snack and some sips of water with her lunch. Is it dehydration? I'm a bit worried. Attached a picture for reference

She probably has a virus and is showing some mild inflammation. I wouldn't worry about the eyes but keep an eye out for signs of dehydration like reduced urine output, dry mouth, etc. Keep offering milk, water and food as normal.

She's just got over a cold. But today I have noticed she's been coughing, so a virus wouldn't be too far fetched. She's had 3 colds back go back since October with a few weeks break inbetween🫠

My daughter has always had them. I think for her it's genetic.

Could be an allergy. Does the baby rub their nose or face as if irritated?

Not that I've noticed. She rubs her eyes when tired, but that's all i can think of. She's never broken out or anything with foods now she's eating solids. Never been a throw up baby either

Hey! Did your little one grow out of this or is it just a feature of her cute little face? ❤️

My little one has something similar and I always wonder what they will look like over time as she grows
