Desi, is that an IzzyWizzy wand your DS is wielding on your profile?

ImABaby · 05/02/2008 23:24

Good evening.

I am 6 months old.

I apologise in advance for my poor English, I only started learning it last week, as Japanese and Sanskrit are sooo time
consuming.

I have just completed writing my first book. It's called 'Contented my arse' and is a modern fable, in the style of Proust.

How may I be of assistance?

pmsl at contented my arse!

ImABaby · 05/02/2008 23:26

I don't.

I was continent upon birth, which is more than can be said of Mater.

cadelaide · 05/02/2008 23:28

oooh, you are a nest of vipers.

cadelaide · 05/02/2008 23:34

Sourgrape, I don't really know what makes a baby "advanced", but yours sounds like fun.
Someone else on MN once mentioned a very early talker, must be hugely entertaining i'd imagine.

Desiderata · 05/02/2008 23:44

It is, WW So nice of you to notice!

But now I must go to bed, because everyone's being so pleasant this evening. I swear to God it brings me out in hives!

WendyWeber · 05/02/2008 23:45

He is beautiful

(I love curls and wide smiles!)

Desiderata · 05/02/2008 23:59

Damn, but I love you, woman

I'm off to my bed now. I'm sure I've got something to do in the morning!

S1ur · 06/02/2008 00:02

ROFL Iamababy

Do you do private tutoring for me my dcs or is that counted as child labour?

MrsJohnCusack · 06/02/2008 00:13

ROFL at thread

(actually, he did have about 6/7 words at 7-8 months, has lost them ALL now though so I feel like I'm imagining it).

Clary · 06/02/2008 00:24

Very funny posts here.

Sourgrape yr DD does sound like a very early talker. That's often a sign of intelligence I believe.

cory · 06/02/2008 10:32

according to dd, ds was the one who wrote the letters of the alphabet all over the dining room carpet with a marker pen. Quite advanced for a 4 month old baby, I thought.

cory · 06/02/2008 10:34

sorry for double-posting, I couldn't read my post and tried to add it again- computer is not advanced for its age- well, it's going senile, which at least ds is not.
