Need help getting 3 mo to sleep somewhere, anywhere!

My 3mo boy REFUSES to sleep ANYWHERE other then on me and i am exhausted.
He will scream till he is blue if i put him down to sleep, the bouncer, rocker, swing, pushchair, cot, carseat, he even wont sleep on my partner. If i do get him to sleep, a deep sleep and get him down on something, 15 mins later hes awake and screaming!
Hes so happy when hes awake and will play on his play mat or where ever i put him, but the second hes tired he just wont settle unless hes against my chest.
Ive tried putting my shirts in his cot, hot water bottle before he goes in to warm it up, tried swaddling, not swaddling, a sleeping bag.
Its not getting him to sleep thats the issue, im happy to rock him to sleep but he wont stay asleep if i put him down, he doesnt even wake up straight away! Its usually about 10/15 mins later.
The health visitors are no help as they tell me "boys do tend to be more needy" but im so tired and i need help.

Have you tried lying with him in your bed? You won't get anything done as you'll have to be with him but you can at least sleep yourself as well?
Look up safe bedsharing.
He'll likely get gradually less clingy and you can look at putting him in a next to me cot

If im super careful he will fall asleep on myle and i can roll and have him next to me, 9/10 when im trying to get him on his back he wakes up tho, and if i move, even slightly, hes awake again.
