14wk old sleep / routine anxiety? / regression?

My 14 week old baby was a horrid sleeper for the first 8/9 weeks - and i mean horrid i was ‘surviving’ on 2 hours sleep a night and suffered bad PND from it. From 9ish weeks we got into a great routine accidentally really bath 7.45 bottle 8.15/8.30 bed by 9pm. He would then sleep and have a bottle at 1am and a bottle at 4/5am.
For the last 3 weeks he had dropped his 1am bottle and was just having 1 bottle anywhere between 3-6am.
Until 4 nights ago - He is now waking less than an hour after he goes down (this has never happened before not even once) and then back waking for 2 night feeds! I know they go through a 4m sleep regression could this be it? Could he be teething or is he too young?

I seem to be suffering from anxiety about him falling out of his routine, even though i know babys will not consistently follow a routine i seem to be finding it hard that it’s happening especially at night.

Is there a reason he is waking so soon after i put him down, is between 8.30-9pm too late to be put down and should i be aiming for an earlier bedtime?
He is also not good with day naps either, he has about 3/4 per day, but not at set times and they only last about 30 mins.
Any help or tips appreciated!!

Could be the 4 month sleep regression, as he's nearly that age.

Could be teething (mine would wake at 9 on the dot when he had teeth coming)

Could just be a developmental leap!

It's rough when they catnap during the day (mine did until 9 months), but the most important thing is to be consistent with your routine as best you can. Stick to his awake windows for his age.

This is a phase, and like all phases he will outgrow it eventually

@ToddleToddleToddle Thank you! Yes i have thought about teething - he does dribble lots at the moment? But when i looked in his mouth i couldn’t see anything!

Im thinking the regression could be sneaking in - which i have been dreading!!

Definitely regression and with the teething they can teeth for weeks. My son started teething at 8 weeks and didn't get his first 2 teeth till 6 months.
