Is this bad of me?

I have a 1yo. He crawls and pulls to stand not walking yet! He’s started to get to a stage where if he can’t do something he gets frustrated , I can tell he’s really trying to communicate with me!

I love him more than anything in this world, I love seeing the person he’s become!

my friends have 3/4 year olds and I think to myself sometimes “I can’t wait until he’s a bit older like that”

I can’t wait until he says mummy I love you, until he walks side by side with me holding my hand, until he cuddles to me while we watch a movie! All little things

but then I felt bad that I should just enjoy the moment and I do! I just look forward to the future too. I especially can’t wait for him to walk and talk (properly, he says baby words/babble)

No its not bad of you.
You are looking forwards to watching him grow up. Totally normal. When he does though you will think of how he used to be a cuddley cute wee baby who couldn't talk and needed you for everything. And you will miss that.
Every stage is the best bit. You will look forwards to the next stage and miss your younger child at the same time.
