My baby girl had a rash, mucus and explosive poos, reflux, just In general very miserable, screaming when needing a poo, very windy etc.

My baby had really bad reflux, wind, mucus nappies and blood in poo poor love. But once we worked out what it was it was a game changer.

It takes a couple of weeks to see a complete change as the protein can linger in your system. If you don’t see a difference then cut soya as well as 50% CMPA babies have soya allergies too. Try to get a GP appt if you can and get a referral so that you can get advice on the milk ladder for weaning.

All you can really do is exclude and then challenge a few weeks later.

My son has a dairy allergy and is now 10. I EBF him but his only signs until weaning was projectile reflex (which they gave me gaviscon for).

My only advice is if you are cutting out dairy, it takes 2 weeks to leave the body so you won't see any improvement yet. Also when you go to reintroduce dairy to yourself, do it slowly.

My baba only opened his bowels once every 3/4 days and when he did it was explosive - very very smelly wind, bad eczema!
