Hasn't Peter Andre's doctor wife Emily written a book on puberty for girls (with one for boys imminent)?
Haven't seen it myself but I've heard good things about it.

I got this for nieces . Apparently it's very good. Covers everything from body changes, puberty to dealing with social media and relationships
