Was she waking less before you moved her? Could you move her back to your room and try again in a few weeks?

She usually slept till about 4 or 5 got some bottle then back to sleep to maybe 6.30 or 7, I'm afraid to move her back into our room cus will maybe have to do same thing over again in a few weeks time

Mine did this - first two nights in his own room he slept like a dream, then for 2 months he woke every hour of every night.

I believe it was initially from teething pain, but over time my attempts to get him back to sleep started causing more wakeups.

My advice - tough it out and she will adjust. Do as little as you can to get her back to sleep. Does she still have milk overnight? Mine improved A LOT when I stopped responding with milk. When he went back to sleep with only a pat on his back or a finger in his little hand that was when things really got better.

It is a phase. Unfortunately I can't tell you how long it will last, but it will end eventually.
