14mo sleep woes

Our baby has always slept appallingly over night, and nothing has changed much since the 4 month regression. It’s so inconsistent, sometimes she wakes every 45 mins, sometimes she wakes 3 times (a good night), I’ve never got close to anything like a 4 hour chunk of sleep.

We cosleep to manage this, but she goes to sleep in her floor bed with me or dad. We bring her in after 10:30ish (depending on what time she wakes - she usually wakes at least twice before then). Then I’ll try to only feed her around 1 and 4, shushing and cuddling back to sleep between times. When she’s sick (which is all the flipping time) she seems to need feeding more and puts up a real fight so I give in. For some reason, only I can settle her at night… again if we try my partner it just escalates and escalates which is no good for anyone

We’re all exhausted. Is there any hope?

we don’t want to do any sleep training that involves leaving her to cry alone. I’ve also tried to gently move further away from
her at night but she’s not having it.

Has anyone has a similar experience? Does anything work?

What's your daily routine/nap schedule?

She’s dropping a nap so it’s a little all over the place, and it differs on my working and non working days, so admittedly we’re not in much of a consistent routine.

On a working day, wakes at 6:45, usually has two naps with childminder (about 2-2.5 hours) and asleep by 7:30pm

On a non working day, wakes between 7:30-8:30: wakes
12-2: nap in her bed (but this is sometimes shorter if she wakes and refuses to go back to sleep)
5ish: occasional top up 20 min nap

7:30-8pm: bed
