DC9 taking ages to fall asleep

DC is often still lying awake at 1015 and we’re at our wits end as to how to help her. Screens go off and she goes up about 7:15 and usually relaxes in her room, drawing, reading etc. I then read to her for about 30 min and it’s lights out at 9. After 7 if she’s hungry the only food I give her is either a banana or toast and butter and milk or water. Am I doing something wrong with the routine, should I get medical advice or do I just wait for her to get back into the school routine and hope that things settle down?

She doesn’t seem overly tired and I’ve always seemed to need less sleep than others so I’m not sure if perhaps she just doesn’t need as much sleep. Equally I’m worried about her developing brain!
