Is this okay

So I seen some nice baby grows on eBay - said new without tags and was still in packaging! In the shop they stop selling them now in a small size and I thought to get for my son due next week

i am washing everything anyway but it’s arrived and one has 1 dot of a mark on it and I’m paranoid now I’ve message to check they’ve never been worn

but if I wash it it’s ok for him to wear isn’t it

It's absolutely fine. Charity shops has great preloved clothes soon.

Most 2nd or 3rd babies will wear a lot of hand me downs and it’s no problem at all. Enjoy your baby and they will look so cute in these outfits I am sure!

What does it matter if they've been worn anyway?! Just bung them in the washing machine! I love second hand stuff for my baby - they grow out of everything so fast.

I’d be pissed off if I’d paid for something thinking it’s new when it’s actually second hand. Nothing wrong with that of course and of course baby can wear it once washed (?!) but you’d expect it to be priced accordingly. I’m always suspicious of ‘new without tags’.

In the nicest way possible - you are massively over thinking it.
Wash it and it will be fine.
