16 month old out of routine! Help

So before the Xmas/new year holidays my 15 month old was in a routine of bedtime between 8-9pm and sleeping 11-12 hours wakening once every few days to come in to bed for a cuddle.

Backstory - On Xmas eve we ended up at a&e early hours of the morning never got home until around 3am and this was when she finally fell asleep.

Xmas day she woke from around 11am and never napped at all usual we have 1 nap between 1-2 hours around midday. DD crashed out around half 7 and was put to bed. DD slept 2 hours and woke again and then never went down to 3am again.

I've been trying to hard to get her back into routine, if she's skipping nap times in the day then I'm basically keeping her going until 9pm and settling her down for the night. Tuesday night DD went down at 8pm woke back up at 11 and never settled again until almost 2am resulting in her not wakening up until 12 noon yesterday.

No naps yesterday and last night she fell asleep at 10pm, put to bed all going well I thought she was out for the night until 3:30am when DD decided it was time to get up. We stayed in bedroom with lights etc off and she did crash again around 7am but has only just woken at 11:30am now.

We are back to normal come Monday meaning we are all out of the house come 8am so desperately want her back in to a routine over the course of the weekend.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help me get DD back in to routine?

Ah bless, that's tough. I'd wake her up at "normal time" in the morning even if she's had a disturbed night then get her down for a nap at lunchtime and normal bedtime. Get out in the fresh air if you can so she's getting that daylight. It's like jetlag, you've got to get back on your regular schedule asap.

Plenty of coffee for you!

@Soapnotshowergel this was my plan this morning however I fell asleep with DD at 7am but I'm going to just need to try and power through. I'm currently 6 months pregnant so coffee is out the window unfortunately I just need to survive on willpower.

How do you get her to sleep? In her room. I would wake her at 9am, have a nap 5h later for 1h. Then out her down usually time in her bed so she associated bed time with being her room/ bed.

@gemloving it just really depends some nights she will go down herself in her own bed and some nights she is BF to sleep in her room and is then transferred to her bed. Although we are coming away from BF so I think the BF is more a comfort thing rather than anything.

Her routine prior to the Xmas period was ok and suited us fine it's just now that her routine seems to have shifted 4/5 hours in the wrong direction.
