3 1/2 year old sudden bedtime regression

Hi my 3 1/2 year old daughter has always gone to bed fine, bath some books with a bit of supper, into bed and that's it don't hear anything from her for 12hr.
But this last few weeks it has all changed, won't let us leave the room, won't have her bedtime music playing, waking up every 2hr screaming for mummy, if dad goes to her door all he gets is I need mummy.

It's just so unlike her, she has also changed in the way she can't stand to be apart from mummy, if I even go upstairs she just screams I need mummy I need mummy.

And ideas on what I can do or have anyone else also had this?

Ok I could have written this exactly the same except my wee boy is nearly 2! Came here looking for advice so don’t have any to share but solidarity 🫣

I think a lot of their routine is lost over Christmas period, hopefully it’s just a phase x
