Baby not sleeping

My 11 month old recently has been experiencing immense sleep complications, it's usually during his 2nd/3rd nap and during the night. he will repeatedly wake up only to fall back asleep the second i hold him, i will put him back down, and within the next hour he'll wake again.

this night he woke up about 5 times, but looks like he is still tired, have just fed him and seems like he is falling back asleep.

is this common? any advice on getting him to sleep better and more thoroughly. we've only started having this issue in the past week or so, could it be the disruption to his sleep schedule from the holidays?

sorry if any mistakes were made, have just woke up restless after another night of barely sleeping.

Sorry you’re having such a tough time OP. We’re on the same struggle train though. I read there’s a sleep regression around 10-11 months. Could it also be teething?

It’s so tough not getting enough sleep!

he is teething at the moment, it could be that, but he doesn't seem to show much pain, his teeth have ripped through the gum they're now slowly growing out, but they're out now, so i doubt it's the cause for the constant waking. but thank you! i read it's very likely to be sleep regression at these ages!
