Any single mums who can share there co parenting routines please as I just don't know if what my baby dad does is enough, he came into our daughters life at 5 months and he's seen her all of 5 or 6 times let me add it is long distance and he does live 1 hour and 45 minutes away witch makes it that bit more harder, I'm going through a tough time at the minute with family health and some days I struggle my daughter is 9 months old and is in the teething stage, what should he be doing he doesn't do anything he just about sees her he does work 6 days a week and then 3 days off, he says as soon as hes off he wants to see her but he comes down for a few hours doesn't spend actual quality time and then goes home and that's actually when he comes sometimes he can go weeks without seeing her it's not good or stable I don't think. Any experiences? recommendations?
